Regular and jumbo refer to the size of the pip and letter/number.
Regular is a standard size ‘font’ and pip. Jumbo will have larger font and pip.
Then, there are poker size and bridge size cards. Poker size is wider. Bridge size is more narrow. Both poker and bridge size cards come in regular and jumbo index.

Some of the circus games will have five, or, six cards in the mitt, and the quarter inch difference between bridge and poker can seem huge. That said, I'm still a poker size fan. Jumbo index.

Agreed. My group plays a lot of limit, so we use bridge size. Also good for our crappy 4ft wide octagon table. Double good for peeling an unhelpful river in stud
