Not RFO - it's FRO.

I think it's like Fro-Yo (Frozen Yogurt), but "Yo" is so 1980s, the kids don't say it anymore, so they just call it "fro". As in "Hey Dawg, lez roll up in dis hizzle for some creamy fro"
