Price is $85/rack plus shipping.

1 rack: small flat rate box
2 to 6 racks: medium flat rate box
6+ racks: split between two (2) medium flat rate boxes

There have been a few threads over the years but it apparently stands for Pakistani Cyber Force, a terrorist organization. Thus PayPal will flag the transaction and ask for all kinds of documentation. It will eventually go through but it's a pain in the butt for all concerned.

The others are self explanatory as they could refer to online gambling.
