Chips with denominations without currency? (2 Viewers)

Hoping to find a set of chips that have numbers but no currency labeled. My home cash game buy-in fluctuates and it would be great to have a chip be able to do 5 cents and 5 dollars. Any sets come to mind?

Tourney sets without currency symbols abound. The Elite and Monaco sets also work.

In case you’re looking for something less expensive, The Showdown set doesn’t have symbols. A word of warning: I had a set ignore these (my first upgrade from dice chips), Andy I was really disappointed with the colors in person, particularly the red and green. YMMV.

Another option would be to get some blank chips, either inexpensive plastics, or china clays like Milanos or Majestics, and get custom labels done.

Huh. The Showdowns look interesting. At first I was dead set on Pharaohs/Majestics, for the feel and sound. But the price of Showdowns are very appealing. How did you like how the Showdowns felt?

They’re ok, but they are heavy and slick (like all inexpensive slugged chips that I know of), and the edges were rough. On the plus side, they are very affordable, durable, and have a simple, nice looking label.

I'll get a sample to be sure, but I think I'd rather spend more money on something I want than any money on something I don't like. Appreciate the reply.
