Hybrid chips have a label affixed during manufacturing. There is a $80 fee per set for printing and applying the labels. If multiple people use the same label art, the $80 fee will be split accordingly.

Does KGB Panda also have chips for denominations not present in the image like 10c or 50c? Alternatively, can some of the chip colors be switched for different denomination (i.e the green and salmon color $25 be switched to say 50c and the black and mint changed to $25)?

Yes we can make alternate denoms. Labels can be swapped around

Update to original post - in an earlier reply you indicated that you can put any label on any chip and can change denominations. So I guess my questions below now boil down to - if I picked all different labels for a T100 set ($100, $500, $1000, $5000, $10,000) would this still be the $80 label fee? I'm guessing yes. YOu can just thumbs up if the answer is yes!

I have a chip set vision that I thought I'd better confirm is possible before I spend too much time picking chips and labels.

I run a tournament league and we use plain old dice chips for the regular season games. I want to introduce 2 "casino night" games into each 8 game season to liven things up a bit. For these games I want a custom Tina chip set.

Specifically I'm wanting to put together a T100 set for 22 buy ins (I calculate i would need 550 chips) - all denominated chips where, each denom is a different casino label (e.g. Azteca, Palms, Binions, etc.) on my favorite chip for the chosen denom (e.g. the black chip in the Treasure Island Casino pre-designed set). So, my desired black chip might end up being the black Treasure Island Casino chip with the Azteca $100 label. Or, I might choose a blank chip and want the Tiberius Casino label on it. I also might choose a non-hybrid for one of my denominations.

Is this possible - or am i stretching customization too far? And, if possible, how would the label fee work when I'm getting a variety of labels instead of just one?

If this level of customization isn't possible, I'm guessing I would have to restrict my customization to getting pre-designed barrels (25) from the various casino labeled sets? But, can, for example, I have the TIC label put on a blank chip design?

You could do all of the customization you have listed. Only problem is there is a $80 label fee for each different set. So this plan could get costly especially if no one else is ordering the same set

I think one workaround would be if you provided art for your set where each label was a different design, mimicking a different casino on each. If I'm understanding your request properly...
