Thanks Justin. Is there any way to reliably know if I would receive chips that are 38.8mm or 39.2mm in an order? Is there a particular mold or design that is consistently 39.2mm?

I can reliably tell you that you are very likely to receive chips ranging from 38.8 to 39.2 in diameter (molds wear out over their lifespan,, and items made in them tend to expand).

If you want a closer tolerance than that for a mass-produced chip, expect to pay a much higher price for the premium product.
