While driving home from work last week, I fell asleep at the wheel on the highway. Luckily, I managed to wake up in time before going into the ditch... but I still did some damage to the driver's side of the car that I need to have fixed.

As a result, I need to try to get some money for repairs.

Item 1: Limit set -- Condado Plaza Chipcos

Purchased from The Chip Vault, these were supposed to be used for a volleyball fundraiser that never happened. The majority of the chips are still in the wrapping they were sent in...

Breakdown is:

$0.25: 370
$1: 675
$10: 120

The set also came with a dealer button and 5 $2.50 chips mixed in. Condition ranges from rough (primarily in the $0.25 chips) to almost new ($1 and $10).

I think I paid around $150 for them, but I'm looking to get $110 + shipping for them.

Pictures are taken to show an example of the difference in condition between the worst and best chips.

Item 2: Paulson chips -- "Year of the Sheep"

100 new "Year of the Sheep" Paulsons. Not sure of the value, as I can't seem to find these on eBay or here on site. Asking $70 for the rack.

Offers will be entertained.

Thanks (and don't drive tired!),
Al

I'll take the sheep if still available. Will make a great add on to my Paulson Year of set. Unfortunately the rest of the set only lives in my dreams now, so no Pr0n yet. Maybe someday.

More importantly make some changes so that doesn't happen again. Next time you could kill some one.

I did the same thing 20 years ago. Almost caused a head on collusion. I made some changes so that wouldn't happen again

I hear you.

The worst thing was it happened in the final sweeping turn before my exit -- there are few opportunities to get off the highway on that stretch of road, and there isn't much of a shoulder to pull off onto (especially since there are construction "cones" out).

Thankfully, the only thing that was "injured" was the side of the car and that poor construction "barrel".

You never did respond to my PM.

I'm interested in the set, or even a few racks of $1's if they're in good shape.

Hi Warewulf,

Sorry about that -- you were the third person to respond about the Condados.

If you want, I can still do the check for you in case the other interested parties end up not taking them...

@JStew You beat me to it! I wanted to try to buy a barrel of the year of the sheep chips for use as bounty chips. Sheep seem like a perfect bounty animal :sneaky:
