I sort of like that binions mold. Lost to time or does Paulson own it like about everything else?
It's the arrow die mold. ASM had it at one time. Not sure if it became part of CPC when they bought the company, or if it was lost in the Red purge.

I grew to enjoy these over time.

When the Encore first opened up the poker I went there for my first Time, and to my surprise, I saw the chips they use, and I thought they were simple, uninteresting, boring, and uncreative. My first set of poker chips I aquired were the classic 6 stripe poker chips imaged below.

Classic, simple, no thrills and cheap. They were all I could afford, and even in the early days these cost more per chip than most of the ones we use today.

Over time, like wine, the Wynn chips are a good balance in that casino. The Wynn/Encore are upscale casinos, with class, styling and some brilliance.

Now I see the chips they use as a balance to all of that. These simple, classic, understated chips help steady the ambiance of the establishment perfectly.

With these classic chips in you hands and on the table, they help you feel normal, regular, that you are not overpowered by this casino.
