If I am hosting a poker tournament as a fundraiser and when enough players busted out wanted to play a cash game can that be added as a fundraiser?

I held a cash game and asked those who played to donate 10% of their winnings to the charity. No one objected and at cash out split the 10% off and added it to the charity take.
