I'm looking for casino used chips from Caesars, to make a small stakes set ($1s & $5s). Is this something I might be able to get my hands on or do Caesars destroy most/all of their old used chips?

Would love to get some advice from y'all. Cheers!

Well, when the worst of the pandemic is over and Vegas returns to normal, and people start travelling again, you may be able to convince some members to help harvest some live $1s and $5s for you (I'm assuming you mean Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas). At face value plus fee it may end up costing you a pretty penny, though it really depends how many $5s you want for your set.

Thanks for your post! I would be happy with Caesar's Palace or Caesar's Atlantic, but it would seem based on your reply that they don't offload used chips to the public so I might be better off looking elsewhere...

Gaming commission rules can vary from state to state, but the majority of them require destruction of casino chips once they are expired (i.e. are no longer a cash liability to the corporation in question). Unfortunately, Nevada requires destruction, so the only obsolete chips you'd be able to get from there are technically chips that have been "stolen". Or should I say, mysteriously disappeared off the back of a truck somewhere.

A cash set will need at least one oversized legit Caesar's $100 chip. Luckily ya boi has ya covered on that one.

(Sam's Casino chip included for size reference. They really went overboard on their $100s apparently. They must know how much chippers love oversized chips. And I think it's leaded, too; thing is heavy as hell.)
