The browns are a chip shorter than the rest in barrels. but still a nice set.

Used vintage Diamond mold Burt Co. poker chips. The brown chips are well used as can be seen in the photos. 99 red 99 yellow 240 blue 280 brown Chips weigh 10 grams each.

In theory, yes. But I'll say I haven't tried it a ton on older chips. So I can't give you a 100% answer. The clay might be too hard.
