Yes, those Eldorado roulettes are BJ V7's. They make perfect fracs for a V7 set. I used some of the grey roulettes to make fracs for a Yakima BJ set.

I think they're actually V8 but very little difference. They are more versatile due to the
V7 having the denomination on the face. Also the V7 decal is slightly smaller.
