Seller's description is utter BS. First of all there are 90 chips shown, not 95.
Second, there is NO WAY these two chips are "new uncirculated". Look at that gunge! Look at the yellowing! Get real.
I mean, they are nice chips for a decent price, and I had actually marked this listing to Watch before this post came along, but there's no need for the seller to blatantly lie about the condition and provenance.

That was my point....
Bud Jones new chips don't wear like clay... There is no cross hatching to wear off, no (few) flea bites in plastic chips, etc.
Plastic chips are just not chalky, mint the way clay chips are.
put in an offer, but was rejected, yah, don't like them being described as mint, didn't notice only 90 , that would really irk me
