I don't know any European shop selling Cartamundi Casino Belgium in Bridge size (even regular index).

The most cost effective bridge option in Europe are Fournier imho. The 2826 (bridge/Jumbo) are 13.30€ / setup + shipping. Difficult to beat this ratio quality / price.
