I've had these chips forever and never found a use for them. It may be obvious, but i could never make out the hot stamp. I'm pretty sure its a moped. (after using magnifying glasses)

Funny. I kinda thought that for a while. The front part looks like it could be a women in a dress. But there are 2 circles that are pretty clearly wheels. and it kind of looked like one of those old railroad push cars. But now, after magnifying, I'm sure its a moped. or a mobility scooter.
