Are any of these Harrah’s NOLA chips, barrels, or racks still available? Or are they all gone??

Rule of thumb.... if the link is still live, AND if you can add it to the "cart" then you can buy. If you get "sold out" then that means there isn't enough to fit your request. For example: if you want 500 chips but there is 475 left, it would show "sold out." But if you order 450, it would go through. Sometimes "sold out" really means there are 0 left.

If you mean these, there are quite a few bouncing around. Shouldn't be too hard to find, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable.

The 500s and 1k should be fairly easy to find. You can put up a "wanted" ad for them and get some people willing to sell to you.

The 5ks are going to be difficult to find. And by difficult, I mean people are not really willing to sell theirs and if they do, the cost will be high (because of supply vs demand). Even more so with 25k and even most so with 100k.
To help you get an idea: you might find a few barrels of 5ks, a rack if you are very lucky.
You might find 1 barrel of 25ks if you are lucky.
You might find 1 chip of the 100k if you are lucky. I don't know anyone who owns a full rack of 100k.
