One sold for $355.89 in February and I've only seen 3-4 for sale since the start of 2020 (on eBay at least). Don't think anything under $300 is all that outrageous considering how few of these ever come up. Pink 10k chips that are far more common routinely sell for $80-100 on eBay now.

I paid $39 for mine last May so I'm not going to complain that people want to set a precedent that the chips is now worth 10x more. It is just concerning for the hobby as a whole when chips are selling for 5x or more than they were a year ago almost all the way across the board.

I just have one more need and it looks more and more like I will never have it.

Wasn't trying to sound snarky, just have been following this particular chip closely since it's my favorite WSOP chip ever - hence the Scotty profile picture. Anyways, I hear you about the crazy price increases, even the 25k purple/seafoam chip routinely went for exactly $100 on the forum all the time and now there's almost no shot of getting one below $165 or so.

You have a need for one more 10k red? It's almost impossible to accumulate at these prices for sure. It seems as if anything rarer than the Orange BJ 5k's have skyrocketed while the more common 500/1000 chips have stayed dead flat.

Sorry, sorry - should have known better. What I really want to know is how much a 5k Horseshoe NCV Paulson THC from the late 80s + early 90s would go for on eBay right now considering they were $300-$500 a year ago. $1,000?
