I host small networking tournaments - 20 to 40 players. I've been using both a 1000 carrier with 10 trays (5 x 20) or your standard 500 chip case. For the tournaments I use 25 chips per player (12 x 25, 7 x 100, 2 x 500, 3 x 1000, 1 x 5000) ... so using the trays that are 5 x 20 are annoying as I can't just grab a stack of 25 as it'll be broken up between two rows.

I've just found some of these containers with lids that would do 4 rows of 25. Has anyone used those or have any other suggestions?

Any other recommendations or thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Just get chip tubes. I wouldn’t store a tournament set in buyins since i like knowing quickly what my chip count is by looking at the trays.

You talking about setting up stacks ahead of the tournament? Search u line tubes
