Agreed. These are one of the sets BCC could be proud of. I'm kind of a lover of the quirkey inlays. The only thing that I couldn't live with was the issue with the 100's in some cases being lathed too much. And ending up with a diameter more like 37-38mm

These were only available around ten years ago on CT, through a few group-buys (of joshuadalton, IIRC).
I participated in two of these, but sold all of them a few years later. Quality of these really wasn't too great, from massive spinners/warped chips and color inconsistencies to non-perfect inlays. All in all typical average BCC quality. They made much better sets! And the mold of these chips is simply awfully boring ...

at one time i had a cash and a tourney set. around 1500 chips. I sold off the tourney set because many of the larger denoms has qc issues and were spinners. Also there were 2 separate runs of these chips with some denoms having secondaries. The V2 chips were heavyweighted. I sold my cash set of these before I moved to VA and I've been trying to buy them back for years now

Was thinking about pulling the trigger on buying those $25’s and $100’s on eBay but didn’t want to be in a situation where I would be waiting years to find other denoms to complete a set

They are great chips. If you’re looking for $500s. There are two versions. A purple and a pink one. Both look nice. The $5s have 3 versions. One has 8v tan and cream, one has 8v Black and Tan, and one has 314 black cream black. The 8v spots are known to pop off if dropped.

I love my HR cash set. That being said, there are some QC issues. I got my original set from JoshuaDalton. Before BCC closed, he offered add-ons. I got a 2nd rack of $1s. The purple on the 2nd batch is noticeably darker. At that time, I also ordered an rack of the 50 cent chips (mostly because I really like the colors). However, about a barrel of them are noticeably narrower in diameter. Otherwise, I do really putting these in play!
