It used to be. They also made sets for the home market including customs. GPI (Paulson parent) bought them out in 2013.

Beautiful chips! I have never owned or felt the BCC chips yet as I am still a relatively new chipper. I assume these are the same quality as Paulson chips. They look amazing. Great set. GLWS

IMO, BCC feel damn good. You'll find some issues with their product here and there (warping, inconsistent colors, etc), but overall I feel BCC offers a greater bang for your buck. Still, Paulson is the preferred chip mfg on PCF.
