Cancelled BCC Casino de Isthmus set + 80 BCC Modern Clay 50¢ (1 Viewer)

I am putting up for sale a 720 pc BCC Casino de Isthmus tourney set. All the Casino de Isthmus but one rack of $25s and a couple of barrels of $500s and $1000s were bought from Spinettis for .99¢ a few years back and were never put in play. One rack of $25s and the two barrels of $500 and $1000 were bought from a forum member a year+ ago and although they have been in a couple of games, it's hard too see any differences compared to the never used ones.

The break down is the following: 240 x $25s, 140 x $100s, 150 x $500 and 190 x $1000. I was looking to add 100 x $100s and the odd 10 x $500 and 10 x $1000 to round off the set for my games but I have to fund other projects unfortunately.

I'm asking $500 (obo) plus shipping and fees. I'll give preference to US buyers but could ship internationally as well. I really want to sell those but depending of the offers I rather keep the chips, buy what I still need and put the set in play.

If they were BCC Grand Island Hotel & Casino Chips I could see paying the price for them since thats what I am mainly looking for but I dont want to have to merge my two sets and pay your price on these if you want to do the $465 shipped I will take them I cannot go a penny more on them thats more then fair thats $0.65 cents a chips these are worth maybe $0.50 cents a chip all day long

.50 a chip would be a steal, not a common price. I put together a set of 600 lately a rack here a barrel there and the prices went anywhere from $.60 to $.75 a chip. I did get 80 at 45 cents a chip but that was just a fluke.

Market on these is volatile. With stocks getting smaller with the vendors, prices will (or should) go up.
I bought a lot of these in the past and somehow they dont experience that love as other BCC chips.
Maybe because there is a similar product from Paulson which people prefer?

I agree, it seems there's other BCCs sets more sough after than the CdI... I personally like them... They might not be the favorite set I own, but the are still good chips... It didn't help that BCC made the initial run of those very light so people got a bit skeptical... Mine set is fine I believe... If I had another 100 x $100s I'd probably keep the set... Even at this break down, I might keep it tbhwy... I could do 12/7/6/6 for a 20 player T10K tourney plus re-buys and color up... I also have the label design for the T5000... So let's see... I wish I had the $5s but unfortunately I don't, if I see some around I'll give you a heads up...

Oh, and those are sold out in vendors, I called Mikko at Spinettis a couple of weeks ago and he told me they ran out of those last August I believe... I wanted to add to the set , joys of being a chipper, buying one day, selling the next...

I'd go even further to say that at 65¢ shipped and not paypal f/f, I am a BUYER of those chips and not a seller A few days before I place the add, I almost bought a rack of those (the 50¢ for relabeling as T5000) for 70¢ from a forum member... But again, for every chip or set different people will attribute different values, that's how it goes...

In what universe/dimension did any BlueChip product fall to 50c per chip? let alone any particular hour of the day?

I think four things when I view this ad.

1. The price is more than fair.
2. I'd do business with Paulo every day as he is total class and very honest about chip values.
3. Good form means not knocking someone's price in their ad. Either pay or shut up.
4. It's best to keep one's mouth shut and worry about being thought a fool that to open one's mouth and remove all doubt.
