anyone can tell whether the same basic color 25 $ Paradice and Aztar sec.

No, the green base of the Par-a-Dice 25 is closer to the Aztar Evansville Primary 25, but doesn't match either of them in my opinion. I have all three chips here to compare, but I'm not the best with colors. I don't have a good color sample set to give you names either. From lightest to darkest green, it goes Aztar secondary, PAD, Aztar primary.

The PAD is a close match to the GV primary, and the Aztar sec is very close to the GV secondary.
