Barrington Poker table at Costco (3 Viewers)

Topper coming Friday. Chips I have too many of. This is the garage table
Right, but do you have a set to match this table, including the torn vinyl?

Did you go too fast when drilling or did it rip when inserting the holder?
Too fast, pushed down too hard right at the last second, went through the foam and just barely snagged the vinyl. I was able to preserve the foam in about 4 of the holes. It really helps because it holds the cup holder in very snugly. On the few where I removed all of the foam, the cup holders are looser so I am going to remedy that by filling in with foam

The old Costco cup holders fit perfectly into the new cup holders. Can I use them somehow? Ashtray??

Has anyone figured out a solution to (mostly) get rid of the gap in the middle of this table? I have leveled the table and put two toppers over it and I can still see it (barely, but I know it is there and I can definately feel it)! The closest I have gotten is running a shoestring down the gap. It is probably my OCD, but it drives me crazy...

I use a black piece of construction paper that the kids use for school. Two sheets so they cover the gap and then put the topper on top of that. No more line.

Yes I got the dimmer in this thread.

I tried to locate it. Which is the recommended dimmer?

And is it still the recommended one? Has anyone found a better one?

I'm a little disappointed a dimmer wasn't built into the table as the lights are quite bright. I honestly think the brightness needs to go down to 20 to 30% of the default level. I want to play a full game with them but my guests ask for them to be turned off within 10 minutes.

Anyone else feel the same way? Seems silly to have this feature we paid for and not be able to use it.

I have 3 of these tables and they are awesome! I am looking to try and make the cup holders a tad larger to accommodate larger drinks!

2) I believe that is correct. Regardless of whether they're metal or not, you're going to want deeper ones. The shallow ones are awful.
3) 8 is comfortable. 10 is tight but doable. I wouldn't recommend buying this for 10. But if your 8 player game had a few extras for a night, it would work.
Can you point me to the deeper cup holders? Are people drilling the bottoms out of the table for the cup holders?

@Colquhoun got you hooked up with directions. Yes, you need to drill some holes, and you also likely need to cut some of the table leg supports down a bit so it still folds. Not the leg itself, but rather where it attaches to the table. Just need to take like an inch off of it if I remember correct.

The newer Barringtons dont require a support cut....maybe they were following the threads here and updated? ;)

Here is a photo from a video. Cards glide across it like an air hockey table.
Fits almost perfectly.

Love it. I believe Ill be making my purchase soon. Costco table I think is the way to go. I wanted a Gutshot table or a bbo table but both shipped to hawaii is in the mid $1500’s. I dont play a lot but would like something nice for monthly home games. So I think costco table with a custom mat is the way to go. Thanks!

Just a heads up, Costco is selling these currently for $399 shipped which is quite expensive, considering they had them on clearance for $99 and Walmart recently had the similar LED Barrington on sale for $169 delivered. You may want to wait for the next Walmart deal.

Online price. They recently updated their app to check nearby Costco warehouse stock to see if the item is available in store or not. If it is, definitely cheaper.
