So I think it's a matter of philosophy - but sometimes the sales changes in PM. Sometimes it gets combined or other items come up or quantities change and is it my business to air all of that out in the thread? I know plenty of sales that have changed and the seller just says sold without an indication of how the deal changed. I prefer to just change it to sold (if I remember) after the sale closes because the number isn't indicative of all elements in play. YMMV
