Have a darker color barrel and would like to make an even trade for a barrel of the lighter color version.

Alternatively, I would be happy to buy a barrel outright.

Just to check. Isn’t the darker version about 2g lighter than the other version or is it the other way around?

Yeah, darker version is slightly lighter but not by 2g. Dark = 10g, Light = 11.2g (from 10 chip weight)
