Starting this thread for Bally's chips and sets.

1986 Las Vegas $1s - 11.2g (fully leaded)
1999 Las Vegas $5s - ~9.4g original version (probably slightly leaded) / ~9g newer version (lead free)
(dates are from the ChipGuide)
At some point the 1999 Bally's Las Vegas $5 (Radiant Red with Mint Green and Canary Yellow edgespots) was changed.
I suspect these were subsequent runs after Paulson moved to lead free chips and colors had changed.
The original 1999 Bally's LV $5 had the original Radiant Red base (neon/fluorescent - à la Bourbon Street $5) with Canary Yellow and Mint Green edgespots.
The newer version (there may be more than one newer version) used the updated paler Radiant Red (no longer neon/fluorescent) and changed the Canary Yellow edgespots to Yellow. The Mint Green edgespot also appears to be the slightly lighter/newer version of Mint Green (matched to Empress Star Secondary T25k edgespot).
Below pictures show a fairly accurate color representation and difference in colors (unaltered snowy day natural sunlight).
Other noticeable differences on the newer version vs the original 1999 $5 version:
LAS VEGAS, NEV. is a smaller font size
Slightly darker purple for text and image
The $5 denomination is a bit larger and appears to be slightly darker than the original (Spinal Tap level black
)
