Economy is bad and i got bills to pay, jk, but in all seriousness, these are just collecting dust as my group of friends doesn’t like playing with hot stamps. I never got these into play myself (my group of friends always preferred the SKC over all other sets), but I believe this set was played a handful of times (by the previous owner). I would say the chips are in excellent / near mint condition.
