Okay, there's interest in almost every chip except 80 x 1k.

Is anyone interested in the 1k chips?

@Duck: Are we ready for a split? Please see my PM.

Thanks

Thomas

Sorry - poor attention skills on my part. I am interested in the 5s and the rest of the 1ks depending on price if that fills the gap.

I personally think the T5s are $300/barrel (I paid more for one of mine) which would leave the rest at $920/rack or $184/barrel. That gets @Duck to his $6100 asking. However, that is a lot of packing and shipping and he may want more?

Paying for one is different than paying for a barrel, a rack, or a set.

How about we don’t attempt to set a price unless we are the sellers of the actual chips.

I haven’t seen anyone step up yet to pay the asking price for the set yet. So the asking price is not really set.

I paid between five and seven dollars for most of my chips in my AST set, including the barrel of 5s. Should that be the price he charges or should it be the market for what he is selling, at this time? I have seen them acquired by the rack as high as twelve, but maybe it is more? I know that his ask is near the top of what people are asking for this set, but it is still here which suggests it might be on the high end although not unreasonable.

Maybe I am out of touch, but is it appropriate for someone who is not the seller of the chips to set the price in the sales thread that affects multiple people?

I would love to find out what the split prices might be, but stating what you paid for one chip or barrel and extrapolating that for a price that is asking but not settled for others is overreaching unless you are a friend of his and speaking for him.

Again, I might just be different, if my view on this is wrong, the community can correct me and I will remember that if the situation comes up again.

My apologies. I’ve gotten all of mine around $7ea except the T5s. As a seller I would want my asking price to break up a set. What I suggested is obviously that, a suggestion. I understand @Big Money my suggestion affects you the most, it wasn’t personal man. @Duck said he was going to list set pricing and hadn’t. I am not the first or the last Person who has/will make a suggestion on split pricing in a sales ad that isn’t theirs. But again not harm intended.

I apologize for the lack of response, had a pretty hectic weekend

Regarding the pricing, I'm also not the most caught up these days so I did a little bit of research to try to find the current market value of these chips before listing and based it off what I found

If split, the pricing would have been similar to what @doughboy63 had listed, as I had a pretty similar break down

But I would include price of shipping for all the additional packages, as he noted as well

@MajorTom thank you for putting the list together

This is the pricing I initially had in mind for a potential split:

$300/barrel - T5
$200/barrel - T5,000/T,25,000
$180/barrel - T25/T100/T500/T1000

Cost of shipping not included
