I'm not certain but that would be my guess. Maybe someone knows.

Be a couple days. My guess is that these predate CPC so maybe ASM, maybe Burt, hell maybe even Paulson. But I’ll look harder at them when I’m home. Boxes won’t tell us much, these are in crappy blue, white, and brown boxes and I’m sure they aren’t the original boxes.
I think there were originally 10 racks sold when these appeared. Maybe 8? It’s been years and I’ve never done anything with these.
