5*. Auction will use the '5 minutes after last closing bid rule'. Highest bid at 10PM EST Wednesday - November 14th will win unless there is a bid within 5 minutes of closing time - then the closing time will be 5 minutes after the latest bid was posted. See below for additional clarifications.
6. Edited posts will be voided.
7. I reserve the right to: i) cancel the auction if no bids have been made; ii) edit the listing to correct errors or clarify rules as needed.
8. PCF (it's Owner, Admins, and Moderators) are in no way responsible for any actions in this auction.

5*. Last Bid Timing - Additional Clarification
"5 minutes" after the last bid was posted means less than or equal to 5 minutes. The forum does not show post times down to the second so posts will consider to have been made precisely at the time shown in the post, i.e., at 0 seconds after the minute. So if the bidding is:
Bill at 10:04
Ted at 10:09
Bill at 10:15
then Bill's final bid is not "within 5 minutes" of the previous bid and Ted's bid at 10:09 is the winner.
