Looking to buy a set of Paulson or Casino used chip set of 1,000 to have to play with, have something such as Jumer's or similar. $1, $5, $25, $100, $500, and even $1,000 chips in a set, I am open to offers of various sets.

I have a Tachi set I can sell at cost plus $10 ship.

They are all used Paulson RHC clay chips used by a real casino in California.

Prices are (got from TheChipRoom)

$1-$.59/chip
$5-$.59/chip
$25-$.89/chip
$100-$1.79/chip
$500-$2.49/chip

$1s: 100
$5s: 40
$25s: 200
$100s: 10
$500s: 10

There are over 1000 $1s and 5000 $5s left in stock by TheChipRoom (TCR or Jim) as of now, so the remaining you can buy from him.

We could probably use some more information to better help you.
  • Do you know what breakdown you want?
  • What stakes are you going to play?
  • Do you want excellent condition used, or okay with bike tires?
  • Do you have a budget in mind, or open to high dollar sets?
Have you been through the classifieds? This set might have worked for you, but looks like it's getting split due to no buyer for the entire set.

$1 – 240
$5 – 320
$25 – 200
$100 – 160
$500 – 40
$1,000 - 40
would be the ideal breakdown

I would use them to play either cash or tournament style

New/Used is okay, bike tires is not

I am open to ideas of anything under $2,000

Thanks for that link! That is very nice

One of the two needs to change, lesser denominations/chips or a bigger budget.

Just the $100, $500 & $1k alone is going to use up about half of your budget

I don't think so. The set that @grandmeme is selling gets him 90% of the way there for $1400. Leaving him with $600 to pick up the various additional barrels he need to get to his "ideal" breakdown. Problem solved!!!

I really like the Jumer's too, trying to work out a deal/agreement, thanks a bunch for the tags!

What's to work out? The deal he's offering is below original pricing plus a discount for being a new member. Seller seems to be bending over backwards to help you out. Good sets like this don't last long, plus I think he has a line up of people waiting for him to split it.

Yeah this seems like a snap-call!

+1, I will have snap called and give him a big Love emoji

Fair warning - if you run across this set in the classifieds - this guy is known for vastly overpricing his chips.

I did a breakout price estimate on this 1000 chips set and came up with a fair value of $2300. vs his $3500 ask.
Lets be fair you think everyone is over priced. :ROFLMAO:. It does take long to figure out what certain chips are going for.

Jumers set @grandmeme is selling is probability the best deal right now on a entry level paulsons.

Hmmm... What gives you that idea? There are very few people here on PCF that grossly overprice their chips. And the ones that do, it's usually pretty obvious. I don't think I'm any more outspoken about that than anyone else here.

I will add that I too think everything is overpriced and I also thing these jumers are a good deal.
But let’s not make too much about how they’re selling for less than chiproom prices - that in and of itself doesn’t make them a good deal. This particular set was one of the few chiproom releases that were worth less the minute they sold. Just some weird confluence of chiproom raising their prices to meet the market at the same time prices started to fall, and where there also happened to be an oversupply of chips on the market. So while market prices on chiproom chips usually go up, these did not.
But again, this is a good deal.

Yeah. That’s not cool. When people put up a wanted ad, we should respect that. If someone posts something to fulfill the wanted ad then the op should have fror. You shouldn’t just go in and snipe within someone else’s wanted ad. I’ve had people message me when I post something in someone ad and I’m always like “well let me check with op first since it’s his ad”

Doesn’t seem to be the whole story so I’ll bow out of this.

THE CAR YOU SAW TODAY AND WANTED TO THINK ABOUT UNTIL TOMORROW MAY BE THE SAME CAR SOMEONE LOOKED AT YESTERDAY AND WILL BUY TODAY

Sorry for the all caps lol old sales expression I copied and paste that I used all the time selling cars
This actually happened to me last year, I walked into the dealership test drove a Tundra, loved it sat down and started paperwork and some other salesman comes up to my table and demands the keys because the truck was sold to someone else.

I was so disappointed and defeated, but they were able to give me a pretty good discount on another Tundra that I love. So it was a lose-win situation? lol

Why? Is transparency not a fundamental value when dealing with $1,000's of dollars? Isn't that the reason as well we have things like "add feedback".
You wanna know why you shouldn’t post Private messages publicly?
