I'm more worried he's having covid/family issues, but knowing him he lost the mouse to his computer and ordered one from Taiwan that's taking six weeks to arrive.

It's a weird world we live in, and I've had a few too many "oh, he's been out for two weeks.... Oh, they are in the ICU on a ventilator" moments lately. But again, not implying anything with Barrie, don't know anything.

I am hoping to get my $335 refunded or send me a USPS tracking number that tells me the chips have been sent. Any communication I would be understanding, but I have received zero. I tried to handle with PMs, but I am frustrated at this point.

Yep, not cool. I only have a button coming, so I'm not overly concerned, but the lack of communication and the account accessing the site is not cool in any way. He may flake out from time to time as some say, not really a good excuse.

I'm in the same boat.

I sent $100 to him for the used Sheraton chips on Oct 28, and have sent a couple PMs since then, but he hasn't responded at all since then. And the chips haven't come in either.

Assuming it's Barrie/Jeff that has been logging in since then, I'd just like an update if he needs some more time something.

Does anyone have any update from him?

I heard from him one week ago outside of PCF. I will let him explain himself with as much or as little detail as he wishes to disclose, but I’m not saying more than he has some stuff going on in his life that is taking priority.

I know there’s not much else we can do anyway but I thought I’d ask for my own peace of mind and maybe others.

Some members seem to know him well so I’m completely inclined to believe their confidence in him. It’s just been mysterious and a very long time with no communication with the community.

I would say we are all hoping. I don't know him personally so don't know exactly what is going on but I assume there is a personal issue of some sort. I hope he is okay.

Something like this happened a few years ago and it eventually worked out. Fingers crossed it is the same this time.

I'm not sure but I suspect a ton of people are expecting things and haven't received them.

He has been a very active and involved community member (not just buying/selling). It’s public knowledge that he had uprooted his family and moved around the world a couple times in the past year or so for family work obligations. And some of those adventures had been a bit bumpy and he went dark for a little while. He always came back. I have now idea what is going on right now, but do believe he will be back.

@BarrieJ3 is a personal friend, I haven't herd from him either and also hope everything is ok? He has had some really bad hands of life dealt to him in the past few months... But I am confident when he comes back he will square up with everyone. He loves this forum like most of us and I don't think he is even capable of not making this right with everyone!! I will continue to try to reach him for everyone!!
