Hi Everyone-

It's been a very hectic year here at ABC / BR Pro - I hope you are all doing well!

A huge thanks to all of you who have supported us!

One thing that has been coming up more and more is inquiries about making chips with real casino names/logos, and sometimes even fairly exact artwork from real casino/card room chips. We will not do custom chips with any of these.

I don't want to open a big can of worms with this, but feel that this needs to be said. Chip security is a huge concern to our customers, as well as to us.

Gene - what about making chips with faux mold impressions (ie like Top Hat and Canes or Small Crowns). Are there any issues with those?

Maybe its time for more Parks and Rec chips lol. I have 2000 + chips and 70 plaques. Of course, more is better!

I hate to even ask this... But would you recreate chips you’ve made before, but for other customers? Questioning about fully custom chips

EDIT: I would assume not because you guys have great morals and company ethics from the outside looking in!

Chinese sellers on Alibaba will just straight up sell other designs curated here on PCF... Just one more reason why Chinese chip companies will never get my direct business!

Absolutely not, unless we get permission from the original artist/customer. Just like how we don't make Old West stock designs anymore, even though we produced those chips for Salvatore. I know what those places on Alibaba do...I've seen plenty of copies of our own designs as well, and good luck trying to get them to stop.

Gene and Kristil are great to work with. I occasionally have chippers ask to acquire some of my custom Parks and Rec chips. I always have to email them to approve it.

Love doing business with ABC / Br Pro! Great service, excellent products, and stand up people. I do not hesitate to recommend them to friends. The fact is they will turn away business in order to uphold the integrity and the security of their customers chips. Keep up the good work!

This is (another) very good reason to prefer a respectable vendor over some "Alibaba" ones for personal creations.
