I'm thinking of something non traditional colours, what would you think of:

frac - Grey
1s - Blue
5s - Purple
20s - Black

I'm a stickler for traditional colors, but your concept is not too bad, as the Purple is still a derivative of the color Red. My concern is that the colors may be kind of close and a single Purple chip may be easily lost in a stack of reds (or vice-versa), especially if they are in the 2nd row, partially obscured by other chips. The set may also look "dark", as grey is the only light color.

Does anyone know if the "staining" can be cleaned off of these white chips, either w/ TSP, ultrasonic, or magic eraser?

this seems to be the "now or never" offer to jump into a large tourney set. help me out filling out the backend of it; i like 16/16/6 starting stacks to get to T5k. lets say this isa 20 player tournament, though at this price i might get enough for 40. what do i need in 1k/5k/25k to finish the set? to hell with chip efficiency at this price, lets get chips on the table

It is a light blue compare to a lot of other chips.

These are durable @KhoiFish82 has had a set for years. I’ve dropped them and they’ve been fine. One issue is they don’t fit normal racks. I’m buying some more honeycomb racks for them. Hope that helps @woog30

I ordered a weird number because their too cheap to pass. Haven't decided on micro cash travel set or tourney set but if I like them hopefully I can add on later. The labels will cost more than the chips, and the time to put thousands of labels on scares me as well lol, but for under a hundred bucks it's a no brainer

Define "normal" rack. Most older china clays are too thick to fit in 66.7mm racks (Paulson size), same as most CPC clay chips. Generally need a 68mm rack (typical cheaper china-made size), although some will fit in 67.7mm racks (most CPC size). Some really thick ones require 70mm racks, which are harder to find.
