Fracs have some cost of murder and inlay replacement factored in, also taking a loss there. Great turnkey set though!

Minor rant, please do not comment dibs if you are going to change you mind in an hour. I’ve been a long time member, I know how it goes with window shopping and having a change of heart, but this behavior is why many posts start with “No Splits”.
