Almost positive they are not, from my understanding very few RHC chips were leaded, going by and older post by the Man Mr. @BGinGA there were a few that came out during the process of changing to non leaded chips, the GC chips are pretty light so I dont think they are the leaded ones. Fellow chipper Ben

Yeah, I’d be completely blown away if they were leaded...
Hell, I’d bet the 3s, 5 (giant), and 10s barely push 9 grams.

I was going to guess about 9.5 on the giant inlays, but then again depends on the condition most of these are pretty worn so closer to 9 is probably correct... I know the giant inlays get a lot of hatters but they have a very different rigid feel, a bit slippery but easy as hell to clean and for me I prefer the feel over standard inlays. Very nice affordable chips in the California card room color scheme... we love ours!

Yeah, I have to say, I think the $3s may very well be my absolute favorite chip for shuffling! It took a minute to get used to.. as you said they’re a bit slick(er) and lighter than many others... but personally I think they feel great!
