Probably not going to happen.
I purchased some chips from James Campiglia a decade ago. We had been in email contact about it and a couple other items, mostly casino history. I offered scans of chips that I had if he wanted them for the book and it sounded like even then that a 5th ed. wasn't going to happen.
For Nevada chips, I get the Chip Rack about every other year. Beyond that, the best you can do is look up old eBay auctions for a ballpark idea of "going rate".
[EDIT] - The Chip RACK (as in the proper price-guide) not the Chip Guide (website with pictures). I was in a hurry to leave as I typed this.
