So 2020 is my 5 year anniversary as a poker room. I'd like to do a commemorative chip add-on, assuming GOCC is still open and will let me do a 100 or 200 chips add on. With that said, @p5woody has no idea yet that I will be asking him to do the design.

Here is my current $5 chip.

I was thinking a solid base color with some sort of graphic to celebrate 5 years - 2015 to 2020. As long as the base color stays the same, I am open to anything. What ideas do y'all have??

So the background “rays” turn into a wood grain and if you want to make the edge spots silver that could incorporate both themes. I would also add the years 2015-2020 or maybe Anniversary under the $5

edit just realized they are not edge spots but primary spokes. Make those silver remove the suits accents so the wood grain is seen more and maybe make the suits silver.

So I'm thinking more along the lines of something like this.

Keep the base a solid so it matches in stacks, but have at least one side of the chip a full graphic of some sort. Of course with my logo. I do like the beer glass idea.

I think it would be really neat to leave all the lighter red as is, but change the really dark red to silver and put 5 year decoration inside the same octagon.

Also not a bad idea, but far beyond my power point skills  :ROFLMAO:

I really want one of these. I'll pick it up at the next Texas meet up!!! Your hosting a full fledged meet up in 2021 right? In btw!

How about if we kept the one side “inlay” the same, and in the reverse had the white space to do more of a celebration graphic? Or is that tilty?

Well, if it were even years, I'd go with a five-spoke design with each year in the spaces (replacing the suits). June-to-June is problematic for that kind of design, though.
