Not all casino games that use chips use cards.... some games use dice. Craps, for example. Dice also good for Monopoly (excellent game when played with chips).

Sometimes dice are used to determine which position on the table receives the first deal. Excalibur does this at some of their Pai Gow tables.

It's mostly for craps. In craps, the shooter traditionally picks two of the five dice when they're rolling. Then the dice go back together, and another two picked, etc.

they're sold in 5-die sticks by Paulson and every other manufacturer as well.
