Can't confirm it's 100% accurate but some info... Originally called the Tahoe Biltmore Lodge & Casino in 1946 when it was built by Joseph Blumfeld. In 1958, after 12 years in business, the Cal Neva Biltmore was remodeled and renamed the "Nevada Lodge" by Meta and Lincoln Fitzgerald. Rumor has it that Fitzgerald was a former member of the Purple Gang from Detroit. Stars like Phyllis Diller, Helen O'Connel, Rowan & Martin, Jenny Jones & Rudy Vallee have all performed in the Nevada Room.
These chips were issued in 1979.
