Up for sale

477 x sundowner 5s.

These are leaded and weigh in just over 10grams. They have cancellation stamps. They are dirty and casino used but they clean up pretty well. They would be great for a re-label or cleaned up and used as is.

Price for the lot is 950 shipped. (2 bucks a chip)

I would split by the rack for that price if all are accounted for.

Keeping 10 of them for traders.

465 available

I’ll go 900 shipped for all or 200 a rack plus shipping.

Thanks

Colter

Does cancellation stamp come off with a US bath or do those need the scrub treatment?

@RivieraDanny had a good/easy way of getting them off with just a bath and light scrub. The ones I did, I did with soap and magic eraser and scrubbed them pretty good. I can’t remember what he soaked them in but he did several racks and said they came off easily.

Bump…………………….

Talking with someone who has some of the last batch of these chips it seems that they have more heat damage than I realized.

I thought once the stamps were removed they would straighten out but that does not appear to be the case. Even if removing inlays you may not be able to get these to 100 percent flatten. It seems that the heat damage that has ever so slightly warped them may be irreversible.

They do have pretty square edges and are nice leaded chips. If someone wants to take a shot at re-labeling and flattening or just sorting these out to get nice flat chips I will sell the lot for what I have in them.

Don’t get me wrong these are nice old leaded chips and the day blue looks really nice once cleaned up. If you want to clean/flatten and re-label I still think you can sort out a few pretty decent racks. Or play them as is, even in this condition they are nicer than anything else your going to get at a Buck a chip.

So let’s go 465 shipped for all 465 chips

That’s what I have in them and I’ll keep them and try to rehab them myself before I give them away for .50 a chip.

Does anyone have one of these and an Outpost San Ramon $5? I'm curious if they're the same color.
