I don't know. The chipguide only lists one version. But I've seen pictures that appear as you've described. Unless somebody left those other ones in Oxyclean for way too long, I'd say there are two versions.
I bet @RainmanTrail would know

Definitely 2 versions, in addition to the color they differ by LCV and SCV.
