I have had both and just by looking at the pics you can tell pretty easily that these were sold as "mint" or "new" when Jim at TCR sold them. @jja412 is trying to be honest in saying they have been used, which they probably have been, but these show very little use and could easily be called Slightly used or near mint etc.

They look Mint to my eyes. Great pricing on these chips.
