I'm going to take a guess that they aren't only because they are RHC (are there leaded RHC?).

Yes there are leaded RHC, secondary PCA $1 is an example. There are some others that are leaded as well. I do not believe these are though... @Senzrock ?

Based off when this casino opened and when Paulson fully removed the lead from their formula I would imagine there is small amounts of lead in these. According to the chip guide Terribles opened in 2005 and Paulson fully removed the lead in 2006.
