I’ve got a set of odd chips with the following:

T25 x260+
T100 x60
T500 x200
T2k x0

I want to order some more to make this into a workable two (or more) table set. What should I get?

25 - 260
100 - 240
500 - 200
2000 - 140

T15,000/18 man
8/13/11/4

I'd go with 12/12/9/X. So for T10k for 2 10 player tables you would need
240 T25
240 T100
180 T500
100 T200
because there's 200,000 in play and the tournament could reach a level where you only have the T2000 left, so you need 100 of them (actually more since color-ups tend to add to the chip count).
For T15k stacks and above I would add T10,000 chips (which would mean that you no longer need more than 100 T2k chips).
With rebuys you need even more T10k.

T50K chips won't be needed unless you'll have ~ a million in play.

Dumb typo on my part. Pardon.
Sorry, I couldn't resist. But I have a valid excuse: I'm very, very immature

This was not entirely correct. For T15k it would work with 12/12/7/5 since with 20 players that's 100 T2k, but you'd need more to cover color-ups. For T20k stacks you'd need 12/12/9/7, so you'd need 140 T2k. In both cases I would get some T10k to handle color-ups.

Or:

240
240
200
100

allows for 2 table
12-12-9-2
Or
3 table
8-8-6-3

240 25’s = 6000 = 12 T500
240 100’s = 24000 = 10 T2k and 8 T500

if you want to do 20,000 stacks just add 30-50- T10k
