2026- New Mold Ideas (3 Viewers)

Have you tried making an alt version of the spade/club by putting a heart inside of a diamond?

Then you could alternate the two to represent both the black/red suits
Okay, here are two versions of my favorite combos: one with 6 stamps and one with 8. I think I would be more partial to the 6 repeating patterns, but that's just my opinion.

Edit: Added versions with smaller pips on the left for a more subtle mold.

This is the right idea … I’d prefer that all the suit combos be represented.

Here is an idea I had that I am looking for feedback. Its based on a loaded .44 MAG cylinder. Too busy?
Edge-marks can easily be added for a better look. I made a 3D CAD file for this if anyone wants it using Autodesk Fusion 360.
Also, if you have any design that you need a 3D CAD model for, let me know as I am happy to provide it for you. (no cost). Looking forward to your thoughts!
.44 Mag Rem AP (armor piercing)
43mm diameter needed to include 1:1 scale of cartridge detail.

Might work great for a bounty chip, or maybe a rebuy (reload) chip.

Bigger inlays/labels 🙌
Unfortunately, 18mm is the largest that I can go without reducing the scale of the 44 MAG feature. As it is, the detail of the cartridge is true 1:1 scale. I could go down to .357 MAG and that would free up some space but I suspect, not enough to satisfy a significantly larger label/inlay.
