As many of you may or may not know Paul (@stocky) currently has other things in his life taking up his time and will not be able to devote his time to the 2017 Calendar project. I contacted him tonight and asked if he had anointed anyone or if he would like for me to help get a vote thread started.

If it is okay with all of you I will start a voting thread with all of the sets that were nominated. If any of you would prefer to do it I am okay with that as well. I just felt that someone needed to help out Paul and take this off his shoulders as he said he has been thinking about it but has not had the time.

If no one objects I will get something together and post it by Monday. I will use the same format as rules as Paul has used in the past.

If someone else cares to do it or if @Tommy prefers that someone else do it please let me know. I do not have a problem with that. If I do not hear of any opposition within 24 hours I will get something posted.

I will be cross posting this in the calendar nomination thread as well

Here is what I came up with for a list of committed buyers for the 2017 Calendar. There were a some folks that nominated sets that have not committed to buying a calendar. List of commitments after rules

Rules for Calendar

• Calendar will feature 11 new entries and 1 entry for the HOF
• Calendar entries will be nominated and voted in by members of PCF committing to purchase a calendar.
• Only physical sets will be voted in. (Sorry but if your set is still in production there's always next year )
• Any type of chipset is eligible. It is not limited to custom chips. Group buy sets, casino sets etc are all possible.
• Calendar will be made through shutterfly
• 8x11 Wall Calendar
• Desk Calendar
• Only new entries will be included into the calendar. I will post a list of all previous included sets in the nomination thread
• Ordering will hopefully be organised better than last year, unless shutterfly have a free calendar deal again, in that case you will be able to order your own.
• Nominations will start mid August and run through to end of September.
• Voting in the month of October
• Orders finalised in November

Committed purchasers and eligible to nominate and vote.
