As the title says I'm starting a search for a 20 chip to use in a mixed casino cash game. Must be attainable, Paulson H&C, mint or near mint as I'll be looking for a rack. Maybe some Outposts if I can get a decent price. Any suggestions out there?

I am using Eureka 25 cent chips for a $20 in my Aztar cash set (originally they were my $1k's until I bought the real oversized Aztar 1k's). They were fairly cheap and I had no issues finding them (between eBay and Apache I got 30 of them quickly)

i guess you've got your sites set on or are committed to finding a blue or other non-white $1 chip? i love the outpost $20s, but it's a bit of an issue being prevented from using a white $1.

I really like the design of the Garden City $20s, but my god are they the most worn out chips I've ever bought. It'd be great if they were anywhere close to mint.

I have two racks of Aquarius 1s that are light blue so Outposts could work. I really would dig it if I could get some Lakeshore Inn 20s but that ain't happening I think.

Wanna buy a barrel?

Outpost Casino (white), Capital City (light blue), Palais de Congrès (black), and Le Cove (orange) would be my top choices for a THC-mold chip. PNY, Vineyard, Ritz, and Crystal Park for RHC-mold chips, if that's your thing.

None are particularly easy to find, however.

I have a barrel too and have entertained getting another. What are they going for now?

No clue. I assembled mine pretty much one at a time and probably have close to $200 invested, all told. Saddest part is that they will probably never get used.

But they are nice just to look at in a stack

I got mine straight from Spinnetti's, I think I paid $210 shipped a few years ago. It may have been $185.

I must stay away from any Dunes and Crystal Park. My kids like to eat. If I start buying any of those now...

True and I just realized my Aquarius 1s are RHC. That would tilt me so I'll need to see on the lookout for 2 racks of 1s for this.
