nope. the set you purchased already has Rose. so technically you only need 14 to complete the current colour pallete

Royal blue is not new. It’s old and was discontinued. The new colors total 14. Good luck with the hunt. I myself only have a full OG sample set (with royal) but the new colors have somehow also eluded me.
