Minty, chalky green spotted RHCs! From what I understand, it's straightforward to cleanly remove the cancellation stamp foil, but these will likely be best for a relabel project.

Not as far as I can tell. Honestly, the extent of my interaction with the chips was literally just unpacking them and transferring them from boxes to racks

Taking a closer look now, the barrels stack really nicely.

Also, I'm not particularly well versed in how to detect spinners, but here's a video I just took of spinning a rack around with almost no pressure from my hand.
